Alpine Snow by OPI is a white polish available by OPI year round. It retails for around $9 at Ulta, Target, Walmart, and other Salons that carry OPI.

The color is a cool white with a completely natural matte finish. The formula is fairly thin, but with two coats the color will reach true opacity.

The texture isn't the best, as it doesn't look smooth on the nails, and is clumpy. I had minor tip wear after 4 days.


I recommend using this as a base color for glitter polishes. I have used this as a tip color for a french manicure but it chips after only two days.

As an opaque white polish, it's great, but the staying power just isn't there and I think there are better options out there.
