Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint

I recently picked up the Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes in 01 "Bountiful Beige" at my local Younkers. These sticks retail for $17 (0.1 oz) and are available at your local Clinique Counter, Sephora, and the Clinique Website.


Let's get in to the swatches!




"Bountiful Beige", as the name would suggest, is a light beige color with a metallic finish with small flecks of glitter. The beige leans slightly more pink toned than neutral. The formula of these shadow sticks is fairly creamy. Less creamy I would say that the shadow sticks from Jordana and Rimmel, but creamier than the NYX Jumbo pencils.


Something similar to this, in color and in concept, is the Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Stick in "Bulletproof Beige". However, "Bulletproof Beige" is more gold toned and more metallic. Not exactly a shade DUPE for "Bountiful Beige" but very close! The Rimmel Scandaleyes are also creamier than the Clinique ones.


So if you can't get your hands on this Chubby Stick or don't want to shovel out $17 for just one, give the Rimmel Scandaleyes a shot. They're extremely pigmented, very creamy, and retail for only $4.49. The only downside is that they contain parabens.
