ELF HD Blushes and Long-Lasting Lustrous Eyeshadow Now Available at Target!

While I was wandering the makeup aisles at Target, I noticed some new ELF products available in-store. However, I did also notice that instead of just the regular $3 price tag, they hiked their prices up to $3.04, which makes no sense to me. Keep in mind this is just at Target.

Some of the new products, and by new I mean new to Target, they are products already available by ELF, include the Studio HD Blushes, the Studio Long-Lasting Lustrous Eyeshadows, and the Studio High Definition Undereye Setting Powder in "Sheer".

ELF Studio Long-Lasting Lustrous Eyeshadow, $3.04

The HD blushes are a liquid-mousse type blush, very much like the Make Up For Ever HD blushes. The Long-Lasting Lustrous shadows are a mousse cream formula, similar to the Maybelline Color Tattoos. And the Studio High Definition Powder is a loose mineral powder.
