NYX is Permanent at Target!

I spotted a new NYX permanent display at my local Target! It's located right next to the Elf and NYC displays.

The display included the Jumbo Pencils, Butter Lipsticks, Highlighting Finish Powders, Cream Rouge Blushes, Setting Sprays, and a lot more!
