The Resurrection Polypeptide Cream is a heavy cream formula that is gray/purple in color but applies translucently to the skin. It leaves no sticky or tacky feeling to the skin but there is a noticeable film of moisture left after blended out. There is a slightly sweet/fruity scent to the cream. Blending out the cream did take a little bit more effort than some other moisturizers. 

The cream comes packaged in a completely recyclable glass jar with a plastic lid.

I agree with the claim that it instantly restores moisture levels, and helps protect from trans-epidermal water loss. I have oily acne prone skin but during the winter I suffer from dryness. This is the perfect nighttime moisturizer for helping prevent dryness and replenishing my skin's moisture barrier. 

I do have some slight smile lines and this does help lessen the appearance of them. 

This is the ideal moisturizer for those with normal to dry skin looking for an intensely moisturizing cream. If you have oily or acne prone skin, this is an excellent nighttime moisturizer but might be too heavy for daytime use.  

Always wait for a sale when purchasing cocokind! They are frequently 20-35% off during sales at Ulta Beauty and Whole Foods. Be sure to keep an eye out for Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals this year!
