The new Urban Decay Perversion Mascara finally arrived in the mail yesterday! Now, this is just a small sample size, not the full size. The full size becomes available officially on July 13, 2014.

From what I can tell about the brush, the bristles are a natural brush that are a medium length, and are evenly dispersed around the wand. It is slightly tapered on the end.


It's very similar to the L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara. There appears to be fibers in the mascara as well.


The mascara itself is a very dark inky black. It is not waterproof.
