Ulta Haul | Cruelty Free

We all know how it goes, there's a sale going on at Ulta---AND YOU HAVE POINTS! I decided to buy some backups of my favorite Physicians Formula products while they were 40% off and take advantage of $12 in points and finally purchase an It Cosmetics brush.

These items are Cruelty Free, and are products I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some good Cruelty Free beauty products!

Let's get started!

It Cosmetics #227 Live Beauty Fully Flawless Blush Brush

$28
Ulta

This blush brush from It Cosmetics falls within It's "Live Beautifully" Collection, meaning that for every Live Beauty Fully brush sold, It Cosmetics donates one brush to the Look Good, Feel Better program to help women face the effects of cancer treatments with confidence. It's a win-win.

This blush is an angled cut that is perfect for sculpting the cheekbones. The bristles are synthetic, so none of of our furry friends were harmed to make this brush. Just to note, the brush is made in China.

I have used this blush brush on many customers while at Ulta, and I do love it. The bristles are never scratchy, the brush is solid, and I have never had any problems with the bristles becoming loose or shedding.

Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum

$11.99 (0.016 oz)
Ulta, Drugstores

It's no secret how much I love this liquid eyeliner from Physicians Formula. The color is an intense dark black that does not smudge or bleed throughout the day.

The brush on this liner is what makes it perfect. It is an actual brush tip, not a felt tip, so the color stays saturated and intense much longer because the brush is not picking up eyeshadow or powders.

This liner is better than any other high-end liner I have ever tried---and it's half the price. It is available in 3 shades; Brown, Black, and Ultra Black. I recommend Ultra Black for those who love a dramatic winged liner.

Review

This Correcting Powder was initially introduced to me by ThaTaylaa, who swore by it as an under eye brightening powder for pale skin tones---and she's right. It's the perfect powder for pale skin tones for correcting subtle under eye darkness and making the face look airbrushed.

The shade "Translucent" is the lightest shade available. It's one notch above a white. So if you have any sort of color to your face, anyone darker than an NC20, try a darker shade. But for those of us who have a very fair complexion and we cannot wear those yellow toned correcting powders, this shade is ideal.

The only negative I have about this powder are the ingredients---mineral oil, petrolateum, it can tend to break me out if I am not careful. If anyone with fair skin has a suggestion for an under eye brightening powder, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
