REVIEW | OPI Nail Polish in "Alcatraz...Rocks"
"Alcatraz...Rocks" |
"Alcatraz...Rocks" came out with the OPI San Francisco 2013 Collection. This is one of OPI's sand polishes, so it dries to a textured finish.
Let's get in to the review!
The best way to describe the base color is that it's a deep indigo. In some lights it looks more purple, while in others it looks blue. There is a fine mixture of purple, gold, and green fine glitters in the polish that are absolutely beautiful in the sunlight!!
"Alcatraz...Rocks" 2 Coats |
I experienced zero chipping or wear as of day 3. You will need two coats of this to achieve full opacity, one coat is very sheer, and isn't a deep indigo like in the bottle.
The formula isn't too thin or too thick. This is by far one of my favorite nail polishes by OPI. I found this on clearance at Ulta for $4.99, but you should be able to find it at Salons or other stores for $9 or less.
I highly recommend picking this up before it becomes unavailable!
NEED IT!
