Review | OPI Nail Polish in "Visions of Love"

"Visions of Love"

OPI's "Visions of Love" is a dark ox blood red. From a distance it looks almost black. This shade came out with the Mariah Carey 2013 Holiday Collection. This color is perfect especially during the fall and winter time but I love it year round.


Let's get into the review!

The formula of this shade wasn't the best. It was streaky on the first coat, very thin in consistency and was a little difficult to apply. However, with two coats it was completely opaque with no streaks and looks very shiny and smooth on the nails.

"Visions of Love"

I saw almost no chipping until day 5, so the lasting power is better than most on my nails. The lasting power made up for the crappy formula.



If you can still find this shade, I highly recommend picking it up! OPI retails for around $9 at Ulta, Target, and other mass retailers and salons that carry the brand.
